Why Hire Me?

I bring with me over 45 years of sales, training, coaching and negotiating experience. I grew up in Salt Lake City and have lived in New Zealand, Houston, Texas (where I received lifetime achievement awards from the Greater Houston Partnership, the Houston Chamber of Commerce, Houston Economic Development Council and the World Trade Association.), Vancouver, BC. Canada, Southern California and now back in Utah.

For many years I traveled extensively throughout the US and Canada training Realtors® and helping them develop great service skills.

I have lived a charmed life. I spent many days in my youth fishing, hunting, dirt biking and playing baseball. While living in Houston, Texas, my boys and I spent many days fishing in the Gulf of Mexico.

My wife and I now live in Utah and real estate is a fun way to put my training, coaching and negotiating experience into full gear. We have seven wonderful children and 13 grandchildren. (14th on the way!)
